The hoax of multiple blades

by Boghos L. Artinian

From single blades I had shifted to the double

Thinking my daily shave would be less trouble,

And had never looked back for more than two decades

To the allegedly obsolete single blades.

Besides, there was another invention,

The triple blade, that had become the convention.

And quadruple and quintuple blades were next in line

For the hoax of multiple blades was working fine.

Then one day I bought single blades by mistake

And found out that using them, much skill need not partake

To render as smooth and as close a shave

As that with multiple blades to which I had been slave!

The Party Dish

by Boghos L. Artinian

An awe inspiring funeral;
Poetic eulogies!
That menu had been overdue
For the lack of fresh martyrs.
Unexpressed intense cravings,
Lax security precautions,
More meetings late into the night,
And excursions through dark alleys.
Lo and behold: three fresh corpses-
The rejuvenating diet.
You see, they've got no recipes
Save those to honor the dead.
